This is a blog. And these are things I like.
00Silva, Silva/M, maybe some SilvaQ.
Basically I'm into Raoul Silva from Skyfall.

Blog may also contain traces of: things that amuse me, kittens, occasional slash that's NSFW, duckies, personal grievances with the universe, and other such random tumblings

Instead of saying ‘I love you’ in Dutch we say ‘Je oma’s dikke lul’ which means ‘You’re my treasure’ and I think that’s beautiful.

making HONEST ANTAGONISTS who believe they’re in the right and firmly believe in what they’re doing is SO MUCH MORE INTERESTING than making them “crazy” because of some outside influence. make villains who believe they are the protagonists

The absence of women in history is man made.

How petty

The best part is that she was a minor leaguer.

Something similar happened in competitive shooting. It used to be that everyone who entered a competition was scored against everybody else. But then women kept out-performing male shooters and it was decided that they absolutely HAD to divide the sport into male and female competitions because obviously it wouldn’t be fair for a woman to be compared to strong, manly men.
It always amuses me when people claim that shooting is a masculine sport that men are better at because they’re biologically built “stronger” when target shooting really isn’t about what most people think of as traditional “strength”. It’s really about patience, focus, being able to tell if you’re ready to take the shot or if you need to stop, breath and aim again, and bone support, if you’re trying to keep the gun stable with just your muscles you’re not doing it right!

Thought you guys might find this interesting as well, here is Cosmo’s plus size model, Robyn Lawley. You can find the photo here, and see how enraged everyone else is at the idea of “plus size”

My favourite comment was: "Dear Cosmo, Kindly take your ideas of “plus size” and shove them up your ass sideways. Sincerely, Every man on the planet who has had to reassure his perfectly healthy and proportioned woman she’s not fat because assholes like you perpetuate this idea in her head that she’s “plus size”

Fashion is fucked. It truly is.
“While the reputed ‘average’ dress size of an American women is size 14, the majority of models represented as plus-size are between a US size 6-12; therefore the models do not reflect the average consumer size.”
